Trailgrad is an interview preparation platform for software engineers. It builds each candidate's preparation around their own experience and the role they are aiming for.
What we do
Trailgrad turns a candidate's resume into a focused preparation plan. Engineers practise coding and system design problems matched to their level, take realistic mock interviews that ask follow-up questions, and receive clear written feedback on every session.
Why it matters
Most interview preparation gives every engineer the same list of questions, regardless of background. We believe preparation works best when it starts from the work a candidate has already done and the role they want next.
Our approach
Practice on Trailgrad is free, so anyone can prepare seriously. When a candidate gets stuck, they can get help from other engineers working through the same material, so no one has to prepare alone.
